Our Policies

Payment

Sessions may be paid for by personal check, cash or PayPal.  Credit Cards are accepted via PayPal with an additional 3% service fee.  No service fee for cash or checks. All checks must be made payable to Monica Owen, LLC as Monica Owen only offers her services through the LLC. Payment is expected 48 hours prior to the appointment, unless previous arrangements have been made.

Session Purchases

Package sessions must be scheduled within 3 months of purchase, and used within 12 months.

Individual sessions and 3 session packages may be purchased anytime after the initial 6 session package is completed.

Cancellations

Scheduling of appointments involves the reservation of time specifically for you. Therefore, once an appointment is scheduled, you will be expected to pay for it unless you provide 24 hours’ advance notice of cancellation. If you miss a session without canceling, or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you must pay for that session in full by the time of your next session unless both Monica Owen and you agree that you were unable to attend due to
circumstances out of your control.
