I believe using EFT, or “tapping” as we refer to it, can help rid you of some of the limiting beliefs in your relationship and have profound positive effects, even if only one person completes the program!  I have seen relationships renewed as one person or a couple work through their frustrations, hurt, guilt, etc., so that they can see and experience their spouse in a whole new way.  A God-honoring way.

I have been a Christian for over 35 years and worked through many difficulties in my own marriage of 25 years using EFT.  Tapping has helped me let go of the stress from my husband’s liver transplant, the uncertainties of having a special needs son and the day to day challenges of communicating with a person so different from me.  The end result is that I have a stronger marriage, more peace, and a tool that I can use to help me deal with life’s challenges as they come.

I am blessed to be working as a Christian Relationship Coach, and so thankful to be in this first ever cohort of Certified EFT Relationship Coaches!

I have pursued my Relationship Coaching training with the same passion I used as a Registered Nurse.  My 10+ years of experience as a Cardiac/ICU nurse and clinical instructor for Grand Canyon University (now retired) helps me relate to my clients wherever they are emotionally.  I am certified in Clinical EFT as an Advanced Practitioner, a Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner and and have taken extensive additional training in trauma.
